Our surveyors, design engineers and commercial department can provide all aspects of technical and commercial support required by main project contractors from an accurate and timely response to tender, through to on site project management and commissioning.

Our design department can provide you with an accurate response to enquiries including site and schematic drawings and full technical specifications in the form of an individual and detailed proposal for each project.

Through our qualified Project Managers utilising the PRINCE 2 TM (Projects in Controlled Environment) methodology, we deliver consistently high levels of performance ensuring projects are completed to budget and on time whilst ensuring that your project meets customer expectations and contractual obligations.

We recognise that a project is not complete until it passes our rigorous commissioning process, followed by handover and acceptance procedures. This process is managed by our team of dedicated Commissioning Engineers and Project Managers.

Health and Safety Plan

Including the following elements:

  • Liaison with client H&S representative
  • Registration of project and role as principal contractor for CDM regulations (if applicable).
  • Project Specific Health & Safety Plan prepared for Work by Installation Supervisors Preparation of site specific risk assessment
  • Specific Plans signed off by Project Manager following review with HR and Operations Director
  • Project Manager will visit each identified location to visibly verify plans before actual work commences, to ensure no change since pre-install survey done.
  • Management and approval of sub-contractor H&S plans, risk assessments, training requirements
  • Before work commences each day, installation supervisor verifies that plan is still effective
  • Any discrepancies are immediately reported to the Project Manager.
  • Work does not proceed until all clear provided by Project Manager, with reference to HR and or Operations Director if necessary.
  • Customer contact is communicated with at all times for acceptance and authorisation of all plans and subsequent changes if necessary.
  • A Monthly Health and Safety Meeting is held to ensure that issues reported are acted upon.
  • Creation of individual risk assessment file of each installed camera for maintenance purposes.

Documentation

The deliverable documentation will include the following:-

System and equipment overview.

This will include a brief description of:

  • The system
  • Its function
  • Its operation

A detailed description of the system, equipment location and layout including wiring routes between elements of the system.

A detailed description of system and equipment handling. This will include transportation, unpacking and assembly instructions.

A detailed description of system and equipment configuration.

This will include:

  • Installation
  • Connection
  • Testing information including wiring diagrams

A detailed description of system operation.

This will include:

  • Schematic layouts of controls
  • Computer screen formats, etc.
  • Technical information
  • Operator instructions
  • Maintenance instructions.

ClearView's preferred original soft copy documentation formats are as follows:

  • AutoCAD
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Project

Once approved, all documentation will be saved in PDF format.

Training

Training modules will generally include the following:

  • User
