Smurfit UK
Smurfit UK is part of the Jefferson Smurfit Group, established in Dublin
in 1934 and is one of the largest European based manufacturers of containerboard, corrugated containers and other paper based packaging products.
These particular sites make and form cardboard containers for the food industry with the result that our installation engineers had to install equipment within an area stipulated as zero dust tolerance. They also had to wear specific garments to contain any hair or skin particles which made the installation even more difficult coupled with working at very high level using scissor lifts/cherry pickers.
