Vandal resistant cameras are designed for tough environments where a typical camera would not survive. Housings are generally made of steel or heavy-duty cast aluminum with a polycarbonate viewing window. They have high impact resistance and tamper-resistant screws, with protected cable access ports. They are available in fixed standard, dome or PTZ format.
