An Auto Code Detect facility is available for both analogue and digital CCTV formats. Simply insert the video tape or digital media and select Auto Code Detect. Digitrac will automatically find, detect and display the recordings on screen.
Digitrac utilises ClearView's proprietary AVI player which has been developed specifically for surveillance CCTV video replay. This has a number of advantages over standard off the shelf players (although these are also provided as part of the Digitrac system).

An automated video masking system is provided for protecting the identity of police officers or witnesses. It may also be used to comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 or highlight areas of interest.
Editing
Sections of video footage may be output directly to video tape and compiled for presentations. Individual words may be cut using the on-board editing capabilities.
Alternatively, digital video footage may be cut and spliced with still images and titles to make an edited compilation for presentation purposes. The compilation may be saved on CD or DVD MPEG, AVI for replay on PC, laptop or DVD player. Index points can be marked on the video so that specific sections can be found instantly. Standard DVD players will show the title screen with all chapter points. This system is suited for replay in court.
