Our desire to build long term relationships with our clients has led to a large client base, many of whom have been receiving comprehensive maintenance programs for over a decade.

Maintenance and service are key elements in ensuring any security system remains effective and trouble free in operation at all times. ClearView operates a comprehensive 24 hour, 365 days a year emergency service facility. Our service team comprises trained engineers from a range of disciplines including video, audio, IT and electrical. We are therefore able to service and maintain a full range of security systems. 4–hour emergency call-out response is available 365–24–7 from service centres around the UK .

ClearView's Service packages comprising of planned preventative maintenance, on-site response, telephone and on-line support are tailored to suit your needs.

Gold Service

Provides four service visits for preventative maintenance per annum, guaranteed 4-hour callout and loan equipment to keep the system running. Emergency callouts are free unless equipment has been damaged by the owners or a third party.

Silver Service

Provides two service visits for preventative maintenance per annum, guaranteed 8-hour callout and loan equipment to keep the system running. Emergency callouts are free unless equipment has been damaged by the owners or a third party.

Bronze Service

Provides one service visit for preventative maintenance per annum, guaranteed next working day callout and loan equipment to keep the system running. (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not working days). Emergency callouts are free unless equipment has been damaged by the owners or a third party.
